Ownership is very straight forward. A freehold title with an interest in common land. The incorporated society is charged with the responsibility of managing the common land and leasing the working Farm to a good farmer.
We have however given the concept a great deal of thought and drawn on considerable experience. We have intentionally been comprehensive in detail to ensure the plan endures both now for the enjoyment of owners and for future generations.
The consent does not allow for any further subdivision of the common land which we believe is good, protecting the land use and the environment. This is an estate that is secure, will endure and mature.
